What makes a community? At Innate Vitality, we think it’s the people that make a community come to life. And what connects the people in the community are the services small businesses, like Innate Vitality, provide and the purpose they serve. Together, a connection is formed and the community grows because it is healthy and supported.
For Innate Vitality, the goal of our wellness studio is to offer not only a place to exercise but a place to transform your life through fitness, nutrition, events, and friendship. It’s those things, along with balance and self-care, that we believe cultivate and enhance our sense of health, happiness, and well-being.
We each have our own definition of health and what it looks and feels like in our life. With this in mind, Innate Vitality offers a wide variety of modalities that is tailored to each person’s health and wellness journey. We offer Pilates, yoga, strength training, barre, Zenga, mat classes and nutrition support. Each class is small, so you get personalized attention. We also offer private sessions, so you decide what best suits you. The heart and soul of our community are our members, so we strive to offer classes and support that enrich their lives. Our practitioners are here to facilitate and guide you, they each bring a unique perspective to health and wellness. Kara Krause, the owner, not only teaches Pilates, Barre and Strength Training classes, but she is also a licensed Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). She offers several nutritional programs throughout the year, like the upcoming 10-day Blood Sugar Support program!
